The customer is not receiving the SMS/Email link link to join the video chat

When you are logged into Shyft, and the customer is not receiving the link to join your survey, here are a few steps that you can take to fix that:

  1. Click on the Survey button to start the survey
  2. Copy the survey website link (URL) by pointing to the survey hyperlink at the very top, right-clicking, and selecting Copy.
  3. Compose an email or instant message to the customer (using your company's email/instant messaging program), and Paste this entire link into that message.
  4. The customer can then click on the link to connect with you on video.
